Why property managers call us back
-
One crew for the whole cycle
Paving, crack filling, sealcoating, repair, striping and cleaning are one maintenance cycle on the same surface, not six unrelated trades. A contractor who only paves has one answer for every lot, and it is the most expensive one.
-
The prep decides whether it lasts
Nothing bonds to dust, damp or grass roots. Sealer over a lot that was never swept lifts in sheets and paint over a dirty line peels at the edges. The visible part of the job is the fast part; the part that decides how long it holds happens first.
-
Your lot stays open
Almost every property we work on is trading while we are there. Lots get done in sections, one area barricaded while traffic uses the rest, and the plan is set with you before anything goes down rather than after.
-
Faith, honesty and charity
These three things are the stated premise of the company, and a share of what this company earns goes to local food pantries, charities and churches. When you choose us, you are choosing to help those around you.
How it works
Three steps, and the first one costs nothing.
-
Step 1
You get in touch
Call, or send the property details and what you have noticed about the surface. Either one reaches the crew directly.
-
Step 2
Someone walks the lot
Commercial asphalt is priced off the surface itself, so the quote follows a site visit rather than a phone call. The estimate is free.
-
Step 3
You get the order of work
Most lots need more than one thing and the sequence matters. You get what needs doing now, what can wait, and how the sections would be phased.

Reviews from our Google Business Profile, listed under Brice Contracting, and under Straight and Narrow Striping before that. Same company, same crews, same phone number.
Brice Contracting did a great job sealcoating our driveway. Prompt, efficient, good communication, good price, thank you gentlemen!
Austin and his team communicated clearly on how repairs and seal coating would be done. This was a large project. They stayed within budget and had exceptional follow up.
Brice did an excellent job redoing our church parking lot, it looks so nice and clean. I highly recommend Brice Contracting for your job!
We needed some speed bumps installed in our parking lot. Brice made sure all of our needs were met, and went the extra mile to make us satisfied. His crew was timely, clean, and polite. On top of that, the work was done at a great price. Highly recommend.
Quality Work and Excellent Service! Austin was very communicative while developing the plan and executing the work.
Austin and Ethan showed up earlier than expected and took so much pride in their work. It looks amazing.

Where we work
We run commercial asphalt out of Hattieville, and we work the whole state. The towns beside this are simply where the crew is most weeks. Wherever your property sits in Arkansas, call and ask.
Where we workQuestions we get asked
The ones that come up on the phone before we ever reach the lot.
Is sealcoating structural, or is it cosmetic?
Neither, exactly. Sealer goes on as a film measured in thousandths of an inch. It carries no load, so it will not stiffen a soft lot or hold a failing section together. What it does is take the UV, the water and the fuel drips that would otherwise reach the binder holding your asphalt together. That binder is a petroleum product. It oxidizes under sunlight and goes brittle, which is why an unprotected lot turns gray and starts shedding aggregate before it ever cracks. Sealer buys the surface time. It does not buy the base any.
How often does a parking lot actually need restriping?
Most commercial lots come back around every 18 to 24 months, but that is an average and your lot wears unevenly. Lines go first where tires turn across them, so entrances, end stalls and drive lanes fade years ahead of the middle of a row. UV bleaches the pigment, and yellow gives up before white does. Oil and fuel soften the asphalt under a line and lift the paint in patches. Where the lot is plowed in an ice event, the blade takes markings off in one pass. Read the busy corners rather than the whole lot; they tell you when it is due.
What areas do you serve?
We work out of Hattieville and cover Arkansas, from Little Rock, Conway, Morrilton and Greenbrier up through Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville. Little Rock is our main market. The full list is on the Where we work page.
Ready to get your lot looked at?
Call or text, or send the property details and someone will set a time to walk it. You get a response the same day. Commercial asphalt is priced off the surface itself, so the estimate happens on your ground and it is free.
